The University of Florida is hiring a Marketing Assistant for the Career & Integrative Partnerships Portfolio. This role involves designing, developing, and distributing marketing and communication materials, managing web and social media content, coordinating multiple projects, and supporting branding and promotional activities to enhance student engagement and portfolio priorities.
Highlights- Design, production, and distribution of marketing materials including print and digital media.
- Manage website updates and maintain social media accounts for the Career & Integrative Partnerships Portfolio.
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Word Press, and email communication platforms.
- Maintain branding consistency across all communications and materials.
- Prepare materials for print and digital production while managing deadlines.
- Required qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Compensation is $23.94 per hour.
- Supports offices such as Career Connections Center, Brown Center for Leadership & Service, and others within the portfolio.
- Eligible for Veteran's preference.
