BRAND ADVOCATE

The Brand Advocate is the frontline face of the Gallo Spirits brands in the on-premises channel. They will engage consumers, entice trial, persuade objectors and create excitement. In many cases, the Brand Advocate will employ improvisational acting tools to effectively reach their target.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Train account staff and set-up as outlined in the program materials

Perform the mechanics of tastings, promotions and events as trained

Represent the brand(s) as outlined in the program or event training

Deliver key facts, brands messages and script as outlined in the program training

Engage consumers to favor the brand(s) featured during the activation

Accept POSM materials for activations, log inventory and arrive at activation with all materials

Pass training exams in order to activate events

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to speak intelligently and professionally deliver key facts and brand messaging as outlined in the program training

Ability to work independently and to be responsible, enthusiastic, proactive and self motivate

Applicant must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Prior agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND EVALUATION

Reports directly to and is evaluated by the company’s Brand Specialist.
