Renal & Vascular Registered Nurse (RN) – Days/Nights | Gainesville, FL | $60K–$90K

We’re hiring a skilled and compassionate Renal & Vascular RN to join a high-acuity Med-Surg / specialty unit in Gainesville, FL
. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with experience or interest in kidney disease, dialysis support, and vascular patient care in an acute care setting
.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care to patients with renal and vascular conditions (CKD, AKI, dialysis, PAD, post-vascular procedures)
• Monitor fluid balance, electrolytes, and hemodynamic status
• Support dialysis coordination and post-procedure recovery
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
• Collaborate with nephrologists, vascular surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients on disease management, medications, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Florida RN license (or compact)
• 1+ year of RN experience (Med-Surg, renal, or vascular preferred)
• Strong skills in patient assessment, fluid management, and acute care nursing
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Flexibility to work days or nights in a fast-paced hospital environment
