Compensation:
• $29.73/hr - 1 Year Experience
• $33.71/hr - 5 Years Experience
• $37.75/hr - 10 Years Experience
• $43.20/hr - 17+ Years Experience
Differentials:

• Night Differential: +$4.25/hr

• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Neurology RN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gainesville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts while identifying and reporting status changes
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses appropriately
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and nursing interventions as ordered by providers
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the medical record
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while proactively addressing patient needs
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, safety protocols, and hospital policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• Current Florida RN License or Compact RN License required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Previous Neurology or Acute Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
