Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced PER DIEM Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative team at HCA Florida - North Florida Hospital. We are looking for a confident APRN with Level III NICU experience who is comfortable practicing autonomously. Experience educating RN/RT teams is a plus.

• Staffing Model: 2.5 Neonatologists and 6 NNPs
• Coverage: NICU and Newborn Nursery

  Variable shifts with day, night, and 24‑hour coverage options

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master’s degree
• FL license required
