Responsibilities- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes and develop an individualized plan
- Advocate for patient safety
- Ensure effective care and efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout the stay
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute care RN experience (within the last 2 years)
- Florida RN license or approved multi‑state RN license (compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation)
- Nursing diploma or ASN; BSN preferred
- BLS (AHA) required prior to start
- NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
