Gainesville, FL 32606 Pay Rate: $74.87/hr schedule:
Must be willing to float to cover Gainesville and Mac Clenny. 2-3 weekdays and 6/12 weekend shifts (sat/sun). Appx 30-38 hours a week. This position will require possible holiday rotations. Role Responsibilities Deliver primary and family evidence-based care , including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations Provide administrative support , including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, verifying insurance, patient follow-up, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare Conduct diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Support wellness services such as health screenings, chronic condition management, and behavioral health Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification and active FL license to practice as an APN At least 1 year of recent primary care NP experience (family medicine or primary care) Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed Keywords Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP, Nurse Practitioner, NP, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, APRN, Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine NP, Retail Clinic Nurse Practitioner, Float Nurse Practitioner, Traveling Nurse Practitioner, Retail Health Clinic, Walk-in Clinic, Primary Care Clinic, Urgent Care (primary care/retail setting), Outpatient Clinic, Patient-Facing, Onsite
