Pulmonary Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights | Gainesville, FL | $60K–$90K

We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Pulmonary RN (Night Shift) to join a high-acuity respiratory / Med‑Surg unit in Gainesville, FL. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with experience in pulmonary care, respiratory conditions, and acute care nursing.

• Provide direct care to patients with respiratory and pulmonary conditions (COPD, pneumonia, asthma, respiratory failure)
• Monitor oxygen therapy, pulse oximetry, and respiratory status
• Administer medications, nebulizer treatments, and support ventilator/BiPAP/CPAP care as needed
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow clinical protocols

• Active Florida RN license (or compact)
• 1+ year of RN experience (Pulmonary, Med‑Surg, or Acute Care preferred)
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care and patient monitoring
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced night shift environment
