Valid Florida RN (Registered Nurse) License

Current CPR

MDS Experience Preferred

Education

· Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience

· Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility.
