Compensation: $29.00-$43.00 per hour based on years of RN experience
Shift Differentials:
- Night Shift: +$4.25/hr
- Weekend Shift: +$3.00/hr
Relocation Assistance:

Position OverviewA leading acute care hospital is seeking Registered Nurses to join its Cardiac Telemetry/Medical-Surgical Unit
. This 45-bed unit provides care for patients with a variety of cardiac and medical conditions while offering nurses the opportunity to develop strong telemetry, assessment, and acute care skills in a collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, value teamwork, and are comfortable managing a diverse patient population while delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and care for cardiac telemetry and medical-surgical patients
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes
- Active RN license or ability to obtain Florida RN licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience within the last 4 years required
- Compact RN license preferred for eligible candidates
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying patient acuity
