Memory Support Nurse Supervisor

$27–$32 (Additional compensation for overnight and weekend shifts)

8‑Hour Shifts

• Full‑Time or Part‑Time (7a-3p) — rotating weekends + Sign‑On bonus of $2000 for  (1st $1000 on your first paycheck, then 2nd $1000 after 6 months of employment)
• Part‑Time Every other Saturday and Sunday (3p-11p)
• PRN

In the role of Memory Support Nurse Supervisor, this individual is responsible for the care needs of Village assisted living residents while providing support and supervision to all assisted living associates. This position is intended to maintain and enhance a therapeutic environment that promotes the independence and quality of life for Village residents. The performance of duties within this position is in accordance with the Mission of The Village.

This position reports to the Assisted Living Manager.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all regulations and protocols.
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting any changes to the care team.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Support and educate residents and their families on health and wellness.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

• Current LPN License in the state of Florida
• Experience in senior living, memory care, or assisted living preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and dedicated to quality resident care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
