Our RN Residency facilitates new graduates’ transition into nursing practice with a focus on orientation, education, and evidence-based practice. Residents engage in didactic learning, state‑of‑the‑art simulations, and training with a dedicated preceptor.

The Northeast Georgia Health System RN Residency Program is a structured 12‑month program for licensed Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience. The program is one of only four ANCC accredited Practice Transition Programs in Georgia.

• 14–24 weeks of orientation with a dedicated preceptor, mentors, nurse manager, and nurse coordinators
• Access to state‑of‑the‑art simulation labs
• Quarterly seminars
• Didactic learning modules

Licensed Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience.

• Base pay with shift and weekend differentials
• Sign‑on bonus for eligible Medical/Surgical positions
