Shift Options

Day or Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range (Based on Experience):

• 2 Years: $30.69/hr
• 5 Years: $33.71/hr
• 7+ Years:
  Up to $43.20/hr (Maximum)

Shift Differentials:

• Night Shift: +$4.25/hour
• Weekend: +$3.00/hour

Sign-On Bonus

• Day Shift: $5,000
• Night Shift: $10,000

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and during each shift; promptly identify and report changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor patient responses and intervene appropriately for adverse reactions
• Carry out ordered procedures, monitoring, and nursing interventions with accurate and timely documentation
• Deliver compassionate, responsive care by anticipating patient needs and addressing concerns promptly
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care using clear, understandable language
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, coordinated, and high-quality care
• Advocate for patients and families while upholding organizational values and standards of nursing practice

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
• Experience accepted from the following settings:
• Home Health
• Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Outpatient Rehabilitation
• Corrections
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
• Active Florida RN license or approved Multistate/Compact RN license
• Compact license holders must obtain a Florida RN license within 60 days of relocation
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
