Pay Range:
Hourly Rate: $29.73 – $43.20/hr (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient
• Act as an advocate for patient safety
• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
• Educate patients regarding medications, procedures, and treatments
• Provide patients and their families with support throughout their stay

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Experience:
  
  1 year of RN experience required – open to any setting (LTAC, Home Health, etc.)
• License:
  Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain FL license after relocation.
• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Certifications:
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Ratio: 7:1 Nurse to Patient Ratio
• Unit Beds: 45
• Commutable Distance:
  Candidate must live within 60 minutes of facility
