Float Pool RN – Medical Surgical | Gainesville, FL

Pay: $43/hour
What You’ll Do:- Provide high-quality nursing care across various Med-Surg units
- Adapt quickly to different patient populations and clinical settings
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
- Active RN license (FL)
- Med-Surg or acute care nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments
