Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, performing nursing assessments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. The RN supervises subordinate staff and supports patient safety initiatives, with a focus on patient and employee safety.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift. Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only). Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, with at least one year of ICU experience preferred.
