LPN, LPN​/LVN, RN Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care under RN/physician direction
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, document, and report patient status and vital signs
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic clinical procedures
• Update and maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for coordinated care
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Support continuity of care across multiple facility assignments
