Nurse Supervisor, directs the function of our nursing staff other Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, effectively communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other care staff to ensure the optimal wellbeing of the resident. RN supervisors administer professional nursing services, including setting up and passing medications, observing the five rights of medication administration, monitoring for medication effects and/or interactions, participating in resident care planning, recognizing, and identifying changes in resident’s condition, responsibly communicating, and providing routine and non-emergent care to residents.

Completion of a nursing program at an accredited school of nursing.
At least two years of experience in nursing care in a similar setting preferred.
Possession of a current Florida nursing license
Valid Driver’s License
Must have excellent people skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members.
Must have effective supervisory skills with the ability to participate in clinical and administrative decision making based on established policies and procedures.
Must be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.
