Med-Surg RN – Surgical Floor - $10K Sign On Bonus!

Health Care Support is seeking an Med-Surg RN to join a leading regional facility in Gainesville, FL, recognized for advanced surgical services and strong clinical teamwork. This role offers a diverse post-operative case mix where nurses see rapid patient progress and gain hands‑on experience with core post‑op skills. RNs on this unit strengthen their expertise in wound care, drain management, pain control, mobility, and early complication recognition while working closely with surgical teams.

• Deliver post‑op care including wound, drain, pain, and mobility management.
• Perform assessments, manage frequent admissions/discharges, and collaborate with surgical teams.

• Active and Unencumbered license in Florida as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1+ Year of RN experience
