Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Parklands Care Center in Gainesville, Florida. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, including administering medications, collecting vital signs, and performing routine treatments. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, collecting vital signs, and performing routine treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or physician

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in educational in-services and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

• 1-2 years of experience as an LPN in a sub-acute or skilled nursing care setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
