Shifts: Days, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or Nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Hire Now Staffing is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for multiple Cardiac Telemetry and Medical-Surgical openings with an established hospital in Gainesville, Florida.
These opportunities are designed for clinically confident nurses who can manage complex patient needs, recognize changes in condition, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment.
Hire Now Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner. Selected candidates will be employed directly by the hiring hospital.
Hire Now Snapshot- Multiple permanent RN openings
- Cardiac Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units
- Full-time, direct-hire employment
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Day and night shifts available
- Rotating weekends required
- Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for eligible candidates
- Relocation assistance considered case by case
Hourly Compensation Based on Experience
- One year: approximately $29.73 per hour
- Five years: approximately $33.71 per hour
- Ten years: approximately $37.75 per hour
- Seventeen years: approximately $43.20 per hour
Final compensation will be determined by the hospital's experience scale, qualifications, internal equity, and applicable compensation policies.
Additional Incentives- Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000

- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to cardiac telemetry and medical-surgical patients.
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, laboratory results, and changes in patient condition.
- Recognize arrhythmias and promptly elevate significant clinical findings.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, case managers, therapists, and other clinical professionals.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection-prevention, patient-safety, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage and other assigned scheduling needs.
- Minimum of one year of professional RN experience
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license:
- Multistate compact RN license, or
- Applicable Florida RN license
- No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
- Ability to work three 12-hour shifts per week
- Availability for rotating weekends
- Strong patient-assessment, clinical-judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to satisfy all hospital credentialing, background, health, and onboarding requirements
All current and previous RN licenses will be verified through Nursys. A candidate cannot be submitted if they have ever had disciplinary action against a nursing license for any reason.
Preferred Qualifications- Recent Cardiac Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, Progressive Care, or comparable acute-care experience
- Cardiac rhythm interpretation experience
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and documentation skills
