$10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
MASC Medical is partnering with an acute-care hospital in Gainesville to recruit experienced Med Surg RNs for several specialty units. Day and night shifts are available.
Specialty Areas:- Neuro and Stroke
- Renal and Vascular
- Day and night shift options
- Night and weekend shift differentials
- Unit placement based on experience and current openings
- Assess patients and provide individualized nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery
- Support safe admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license
- At least 1 year of recent inpatient RN experience
- Experience in Med Surg or one of the listed specialty areas
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
