We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a per diem nurse, you will work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to provide medical care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, implementing and evaluating patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor and report patient progress to the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care
