Full-Time | Night Shift | Permanent Position
$10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
MASC Medical is partnering with an acute-care hospital in Gainesville to recruit an experienced ICU RN for its night-shift team.
Position Highlights:- Night and weekend shift differentials
- Supportive critical-care team
- Provide direct care to critically ill patients
- Assess patients and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and critical-care equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license
- At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical-care RN experience
- ACLS certification or ability to obtain it shortly after hire
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
