Qualifications:- Active Florida RN license
- 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Previous DON or ADON experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current CPR certification
- $130,000–$160,000 annual salary
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
