• Ability to interact professionally in person, through email and telephone communications with clients and industry professionals
• Provide coaching and training to team-mates
• Responsibly document procedures, medications, and hospitalization instructions for multiple departments
• Comfortable managing clinic flow for multiple cases and surgeons
• Administer medications & treatments per DVM instruction, documenting all steps within medically regulated parameters
• Respond quickly and calmly to crisis while maintaining a high standard of client care
• Maintain concise communication with team members to facilitate excellent patient care
• Comfort delegating tasks while providing safe anesthesia and sedation for various surgical and emergency procedures

• Three to five years of Veterinary Medicine Experience, specifically in Surgery and Anesthesia
• Knowledge of basic animal care and nursing, especially anesthesia monitoring, and common comorbidities
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology
• Knowledge of equipment and materials along with their clinical application
• Display medical mathematical competency to safely calculate and administer medications
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and able to deliver exceptional customer service and professional client interactions.

• Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
