Job Description:
Our agricultural Research Center is looking to hire 2 Field helpers to assist our Farm Crew Ag Assistants with field preparations for research purposes.
This position is year-round and 100% outdoors.
* Must be able to lift 50lbs, (a few times a year).
* Must have reliable transportation to our Balm/ Wimauma, FL location.
* Must have a good attitude and positive personality, and be willing to work in a team environment with people from all different backgrounds.
* Tasks will / can include: hooking up drip tape, PVC repairs, tying and planting, tomatoes and /or other crops.
* Changing water filters in different field blocks.
* Cleaning up fields, pulling plastic from different field block
