Job Description:Our client is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal setting where high-quality medicine, thoughtful patient care, and strong client relationships are central to the role. The position offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload spanning preventive healthcare, diagnostics, medical treatment, surgery, and urgent presentations while maintaining a high degree of clinical autonomy.

The successful veterinarian will work alongside an experienced support team within a collaborative environment designed to help clinicians concentrate on delivering excellent outcomes. This opportunity would suit a veterinarian who enjoys building lasting relationships with pet owners, approaching cases with confidence, and continuing to develop their clinical capabilities across a broad range of general practice medicine.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans across a varied small animal caseload

  • Managing preventive medicine, medical workups, surgical cases, and urgent presentations
  • Partnering closely with veterinary support staff to maintain efficient and compassionate patient care
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients throughout each pet's healthcare journey

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent veterinary qualification
  • Current eligibility to practise veterinary medicine within Florida
  • Confident interpersonal skills with an approachable and professional communication style
  • Commitment to consistently delivering thoughtful, high-standard veterinary medicine
  • Ability to contribute positively within a collaborative clinical environment
