Position

Summary

We are seeking motivated, client-centric real estate professionals to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent at Arium, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in residential property, delivering exceptional service while growing your business with our support. You will have access to lead generation tools, training and onboarding programs, and a structured path for business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Representation: Assist buyers and sellers at every stage of the transaction — from initial consultation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Lead Engagement: Follow up with qualified leads and prospects provided through internal lead systems and marketing channels.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain knowledge of local markets to strategically advise clients on pricing, negotiations, and trends.
  • Networking & Outreach: Build and nurture referral and sphere relationships through networking, community events, and digital presence.
  • Transaction Management: Coordinate documents, inspections, timelines, and communications to ensure smooth closings.
  • Professional Growth: Participate in training, accountability sessions, and mentorship programs to continually refine your skills.

  • Active Florida Real Estate License (or ability to obtain)
