A post‑doctoral associate will work on spatial proteomics and transcriptomics within Dr. Fan Hong’s team in the Department of Chemistry. Responsibilities include

• Developing DNA‑based advanced imaging methods for spatial transcriptomics and proteomics.
• Translating these methods to study Alzheimer’s and cancer diseases.

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field.
• Strong self‑motivation, excellent communication, and time‑management skills.
• Experience with protein conjugation chemistry and DNA nanotechnology.
• Fluorescent imaging and cell culture experience.
• At least one first‑authored publication in a well‑regarded peer‑reviewed journal.

• Programming skills in MATLAB or Python.
• Experience with spatial multi‑omic image analysis.
