Postdoc: Multi-Omics & Precision Medicine

Job Summary

Postdoctoral Associate in the laboratory of Dr. Jinling Liu, Department of Epidemiology, University of Florida. 1-2 fully funded positions, starting immediately.

• Analyze multi‑omics data (WGS, WES, DNA methylation, RNA‑seq, proteomics, lipidomics, and metabolomics).
• Develop and apply novel statistical and machine‑learning methods for precision medicine studies.
• Write manuscripts for peer‑reviewed journals.
• Present research at national and international conferences.
• Assist with grant applications and student mentoring.

• PhD in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, biomedical informatics, or biology (or related fields).
• Strong background in programming (Python, R, or C++).
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI.
• Independent and critical thinking, strong communication skills.

• Prior research experience in analyzing biomedical data.

Annual salary: $63,480, consistent with NIH postdoctoral salary guidelines.
