Job Summary
Postdoctoral Associate in the laboratory of Dr. Jinling Liu, Department of Epidemiology, University of Florida. 1-2 fully funded positions, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze multi‑omics data (WGS, WES, DNA methylation, RNA‑seq, proteomics, lipidomics, and metabolomics).
- Develop and apply novel statistical and machine‑learning methods for precision medicine studies.
- Write manuscripts for peer‑reviewed journals.
- Present research at national and international conferences.
- Assist with grant applications and student mentoring.
- PhD in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, biomedical informatics, or biology (or related fields).
- Strong background in programming (Python, R, or C++).
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI.
- Independent and critical thinking, strong communication skills.
- Prior research experience in analyzing biomedical data.
Annual salary: $63,480, consistent with NIH postdoctoral salary guidelines.
