Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

* Design and conduct independent and collaborative research; analyze and interpret experimental data.

* Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, figures, and supporting materials for publications and grant submissions.

* Perform advanced laboratory techniques, including cell culture, animal procedures, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, histology, PCR, RNA extraction and sequencing, and immunotherapy assays.

* Conduct biological data analysis (e.g., flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, in vivo imaging, statistics).

* Review scientific literature; contribute to study design and development of new research concepts.

* Present findings at internal meetings and scientific conferences.

* Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements, including IACUC protocols.

* Support laboratory operations, including procurement of supplies and research animals.

* Participate in lab and collaborative meetings to support ongoing research initiatives.
