Latortugaviva is seeking a postdoctoral research associate to join the University of Florida’s Wildlife and Aquatic Veterinary Disease Laboratory in Gainesville. This role focuses on characterizing emerging pathogens affecting Florida wildlife, particularly white-tailed deer. The ideal candidate must have a Ph.D. and expertise in bioinformatics, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
The successful applicant will work under Dr. Kuttichantran Subramaniam and will be responsible for developing computational methods for data analysis, supervising students, and contributing to impactful research.
