Title:
STAS/OPS Research Technician
The candidate will work on an NIH-funded research project evaluating the pharmacokinetics of cancer therapeutics in rodent tumor models.
Responsibilities include:
establishing tumor models, conducting animal experiments on rodents, administering nanoformulations, collecting and processing tissue samples, quantifying drug concentrations using HPLC, analyzing data, drafting protocols and SOPs.
- Highly motivated individual who recently graduated with a B.S. or M.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Biological/Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience with handling small animals and basic animal surgery skills.
- Experience in analyzing samples using HPLC.
- Experience in cell culture and in vitro experiments.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly motivated individual who is enrolled in or recently graduated with a B.S. or M.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Biological/Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or Analytical Chemistry.
- Ph.D. degree is not required, but applicants with a Ph.D. can also apply.

Expected Salary: $18–20 per hour.
