The Temporary Research  Associate IIwillassistwithprocess development operationsandperform laboratory maintenance activities.

Theywill demonstrate a sense of urgency while maintaining respect for best practices and an understandingofthe importance and applicability of quality and controls in development activities.

The Temporary Research  Associate IIwill bewellversed ininternalbestpractices,show a willingness to learn and improve existing systems in a collaborative way,andserve asan SMEin interactions with company colleagueson topicswithintheir purview.

Essential Duties
and Responsibilities

• Performs process development operations with more seniorpersonnelsupervision
• Assists in preparing agendas in advance of meetings and capturing/distributing meeting notes and deliverables
• Drafting and reviewing technical documents
• Laboratory maintenance and material management
• Maintenance of5S and Kanban Systems
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.

• High School Diplomaand3years’ experience,anA.S. degree and1years’ experience, or a B.S. degreein life sciences
• Strong sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, self-motivated attitude and teamwork oriented
• Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to carry out a variety of technical instructions in written, oral, mathematical, and diagram form
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitasktactically.
• Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time.

Contract Duration

• This is a three-month contract position providing coverage for an employee’s parental leave.
