OPS Research Assistant/Scientist
- MSc plus relevant research experience or PhD in immunology, reproductive biology, or a related life science field
- Flow cytometry experience
- Design and execute experiments across mouse and human systems, including primary cell and organoid work
- Perform and support rodent surgeries, injections, and colony management
- Run and troubleshoot flow cytometry, PCR, Western blot, and electroporation protocols
- Perform animal work, in accordance with IACUC compliance
- Contribute to data analysis, and manuscript drafting
- Mentor junior lab members as needed
$25.00 - $30.00 / hourly
Required Qualifications- MSc plus relevant research experience or PhD in immunology, reproductive biology, or a related life science field
- Flow cytometry experience
- Mouse handling experience
- Basic molecular technique experience
- CRISPR/Cas9 experience
- Reproductive immunology background, particularly ovarian or uterine tissue
- Primary cell culture experience
