• Provide exceptional service to residents and guests in a fast-paced dining environment
• Anticipate and meet the needs of residents, ensuring a personalized experience
• Operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare and serve meals, ensuring quality and consistency
• Develop relationships with residents, understanding their preferences and dietary needs
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on community policies and procedures
