Fashion-Forward Store Manager

We are seeking a fashion-forward Store Manager to lead daily store operations, inspire a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a retail leader with contemporary or luxury fashion experience who excels at merchandising, community engagement, and driving sales performance.

• Lead all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and team development
• Deliver outstanding customer service and brand education to build loyalty and repeat business
• Drive revenue by tracking KPIs such as sales, conversion, and average transaction value
• Oversee visual merchandising, window displays, and seasonal product presentation
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule store associates for optimal performance
• Plan and promote in-store events and community partnerships to increase store traffic
• Support social media marketing and digital brand storytelling initiatives
• Manage inventory, shipments, stock organization, and cash handling procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and company policy compliance

• 510 years of retail management experience (contemporary or luxury preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
• Experience with visual merchandising, sales analysis, and KPI reporting
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer programs
