Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Performance incentives (annual or quarterly). Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Part‑time. Available shifts: mid‑shift, closing.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
