2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, is hiring part‑time Sales Specialists.

Pay: $19.60 per hour.

Schedule:

20 hours per week, Friday to Sunday. Friday: 4:00pm‑8:00pm. Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am‑7:00pm.

Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products. You will be the go‑to person for customers seeking information about Meta's products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. You'll build relationships in a retail environment and have a technology‑first mindset as you train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. 2020 Companies fully provides all technology training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own smartphone with equivalent OS of iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
