Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns;
Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Maintain liquor department presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing displays, signing and pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high-shrink items;
Follow liquor policies and procedures, verify member identification, maintain signage, and complete required paperwork and documentation;
Maintain sales floor in liquor area, handle claims and returns, and reduce shrink by managing inventory and display organization.
