Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and help keep shelves stocked while maintaining sanitary conditions and providing excellent customer service. Your role supports the daily operations and ensures a great shopping experience for our members.

Maintain safety and compliance by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations. Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area clean, organized, and stocked according to company policies. Assist members with locating merchandise, making purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.

Follow freestyle cold chain and food handling procedures, operate and sanitize equipment, and monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation.

• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and arrange stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Comply with food handling policies and cold chain procedures when stocking merchandise.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Preferred but not required qualifications may include prior stocking or customer service experience.

Hourly wage: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus possible premium compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
