AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador you are an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards and a keen attention to detail, and while the stockroom is your place, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the salesfloor as needed.

• Show passion for brand standards: keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain the stockroom: keep the stockroom running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities: inform store leadership, create a plan and take action to correct it.
• Teamwork: be ready to step in and help fellow team members complete non-stock tasks or assist guests.
• Maintain safety and integrity: follow asset protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

• You are flexible: available early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.
