Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Agent position located in Gainesville, FL. The Sales Agent will engage with current and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and delivering personalized insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs for customized insurance policies, and achieving sales goals. The role requires a proactive approach to training, understanding insurance products, and promoting company offerings to drive growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships, handle inquiries, and address customer needs effectively.
  • Sales and Insurance knowledge, including experience in selling insurance products and assisting customers in selecting the best policies.
  • Ability and enthusiasm in Training to stay updated with industry trends and learn new tools or products.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, while a valid property and casualty insurance license is preferred.
