Sales Manager

At Right Coast Medical, we help patients recover through non-opioid medical devices designed to reduce pain, swelling, narcotic use, and recovery time.

We are growing nationwide and looking for driven Territory Sales Managers to build relationships, grow territories, and help patients every day.

This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity.

This is a field-based sales role focused on:

• Territory growth
• Provider relationship management
• In-home patient support and device delivery

You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.

• Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
• Growing and managing your own territory like a business owner
• Educating providers on non-opioid recovery solutions
• Conducting lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations
• Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use
• Creating long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service

• Territory Management

• Medical Sales or Healthcare Sales Experience
• Account Development
• CRM Usage (Salesforce or similar)
• Time Management & Route Planning
• Independent Self-Management
• Consultative Selling

Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required.

We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset.

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical earnings range from: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
