As a Weather Damage Expert, you’ll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process.

No roofing experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a proven system for success.

• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach
• Inspect roofs for storm damage and explain findings to homeowners (training provided)
• Guide homeowners through the insurance and restoration process
• Provide estimates and secure agreements for roofing services
• Collaborate with your team and attend weekly sales meetings

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection (training provided)
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
