Insurance Agent, Insurance Sales
Job Description
This position combines office management, client service, and insurance sales. The right person will help manage daily office activity, assist clients, support policy service needs, quote new business, follow up with prospects and clients, and help grow the agency.

ResponsibilitiesHelp manage daily office workflow and keep the agency organized.
Support client retention, cross selling, and new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person.
Work closely with the agency owner to help grow and improve the agency.
RequirementsProfessional, dependable, organized, and detail oriented.
Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and in person.
Strong communication and follow up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales experience, customer service experience, office management experience, or insurance experience is helpful.
Insurance license preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
