• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Build real relationships with buyers and sellers by following up with the leads we provide
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions and ensure timely follow‑ups and consistent communication
• Host open houses and show homes
• Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities
