Account Executive – Advanced Hemostasis and Healing (HAH) in Gainesville, FL territory.
Responsibilities- Own the full range of Ethicon surgical device and solution offerings, focusing on hemostasis and wound closure platforms.
- Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in operating rooms.
- Manage a sales territory covering assigned physicians and hospital institutions.
- Achieve forecasted sales in assigned accounts and territory.
- Set priorities and make business decisions based on sales opportunities.
- Train and demonstrate product use to clinicians in the operating room.
- Handle customer questions and objections in line with product indications and sales training methodology.
- Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
- Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in training courses.
- Analyze market data and plan accordingly.
- Build strong customer relationships with key physicians, hospital staff, and distributors, and conduct education seminars as appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant business experience in medical sales (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or healthcare, with proven achievement of sales objectives.
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- Strong sales performance and ability to target accounts and achieve results.
- Excellent time‑management, planning, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hospital‑based pharmaceutical or medical device experience, especially operating‑room sales.
- Experience developing innovative markets.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
Note:
Grade/Salary will shift depending upon commiserate experience.
