About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales department in achieving its goals and objectives. Your major end result will be to ensure that all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support and ensure that all sales‑related tasks are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales accounting records and reports.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in outside sales
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry
  • Experience with sales software and tools
